Assault

Snohomish Police responded to a male and female physically fighting. It was determined that the female half was the primary aggressor and was placed under arrest and booked into jail.

 

3/21/2009 Disorderly Conduct

Police were dispatched to an assault on the 700 block of 1st street. Suspect fled the scene. In speaking with witnesses the suspect was trying to start a fight with customers. Suspect was later contacted by police and was intoxicated, uncooperative and denied fighting. Suspect was placed under arrest.

 

3/21/2009 DUI

Officer conducted a traffic stop for speeding. In speaking with the driver, the driver appeared intoxicated and smelled of alcohol. Driver admitted to having alcoholic drinks before driving. A license check came back to the driver having a suspended driver license. Driver was placed under arrest for DUI and for driving with a suspended drivers license.

 

3/21/2009 Malicious Mischief

Victim reported that her drivers side window on her vehicle had been broken out. Nothing was taken from the vehicle and there was no suspect information provided.

 

3/23/2009 Burglary

Unknown suspect broke into building and spayed painted obscene words on the building window. There was no sign of forced entry and no suspect information.

 

3/23/2009 Shoplifting

Suspect had consumed food items from a store on the 2800 block of Bickford Avenue. While consuming the food the suspect left the store without with out purchasing or making an attempt to purchase the items. When asked by officers why he didnt pay, the suspect said he forgot.

 

3/24/2009 Motor Vehicle Theft

Reporting party stated that his vehicle was stolen. Reporting Party said that vehicle was locked and gave no one permission to use the vehicle. There was no suspect information.

 

3/24/2009 Possession of Narcotics

Officer was conducting a routine security check of a local park, when it was discovered that two occupants of a parked vehicle were smoking marijuana. The two occupants were placed under arrests.

 

3/25/2009 Assault

Officers were dispatched to a report of an intoxicated male trying to forcibly push two females into a bathroom at an establishment on the 1000 block of 1st Street. Male was contacted by police officers and placed under arrest.

 

3/25/2009 Damage to Property

Witness reported that she observed a truck recklessly driving in a city park, intentionally tearing up the grass and dirt. Officers contacted the driver of the vehicle.

 

3/25/2009 Verbal Domestic

Officers were dispatched to a male and female arguing verbally in an apartment. Female decided to gather her belongings and leave the residence.

 

3/26/2009 Robbery

Police responded to a report that a while male had robbed a jewelry store.

 

3/26/2009 Shoplift

Police responded to a female shoplifting some make up items in the 1000 block of 13th street.
